Epididymal lymphoma: an unusual scrotal mass.

Abstract

Primary extra-nodal nonHodgkin's lymphomas of the male gonads are uncommon. Only 1 case has been reported previously of an epididymal lymphoma. We report the presentation, pathological condition and management of a primary diffuse histiocytic lymphoma of the epididymis.
