Abstract
Both the anodic migration and resolution of membrane antigens of Mycoplasma arginini were greatly improved in two-dimensional immunoelectrophoresis by incorporating both a neutral detergent, Triton X-100, and an anionic detergent, sodium deoxycholate, in the agarose support for first phase electrophoresis. The mobility of cytoplasmic antigens was unaffected at concentrations of 0.1% or less of sodium deoxycholate.Entities:
