Abstract
Posterior radial head dislocation without fracture of the ulna in an adult is extremely rare. A case is presented in which immediate closed reduction, a short period of immobilization, and early active range of motion resulted in a very good outcome. Early detection by thorough physical examination and careful radiographic analysis is crucial for a good final result.Entities:
