Abstract
In a total of 2239 toxicological laboratory screenings requested from health centres and hospitals in North-Finland during 1973-1982, the most commonly found drug groups were benzodiazepines and phenothiazines. Alcohol was found in an average 45% of the patients screened during the years 1979-1982. Females accounted for 45% of all requests. No seasonal variation in the requests could be observed.Entities:
