Abstract
We studied two cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage that occurred within several minutes of "snorting" cocaine. In one case the bleeding was from an anterior communicating artery aneurysm, and in the other case from an arteriovenous malformation in the temporoparietal region. To our knowledge, this hazard of cocaine abuse has not been previously reported.Entities:
