Abstract
Propranolol controlled the rage and violent behavior of a man with alcohol withdrawal, Korsakoff's psychosis, and seizures. The authors present evidence linking Korsakoff's psychosis and alcohol withdrawal to pathophysiologic alterations in CNS adrenergic amines and receptors.Entities:
