Duodenal obstruction from peritoneal (Ladd's) bands in a ten-year-old child.

We report a case of a ten-year-old child presenting with a three-year history of recurrent abdominal pain. The patient was found to have a high grade obstruction of the third portion of the duodenum secondary to congenital bands. The diagnosis was made radiographically and surgery was curative.
