Meningioma of the anterior third ventricle presenting with parkinsonism.

Abstract

The authors report an unusual case of a meningioma in the anterior third ventricle, which presented with parkinsonism without any sign of increased intracranial pressure. The mechanism whereby parkinsonism developed in this particular case is briefly discussed.
