Abstract
In a patient with the syndrome of crural paresis and homolateral ataxia, administration of trihexyphenidyl resulted in improvement of disabling unilateral ataxia and gross intention tremor. Symptoms returned when drug therapy was interrupted. CT showed a radiolucent lesion deep in the parietal white matter close to the internal capsule.Entities:
