Abstract
Fibrinopeptides A and B (FAB) and the products of their degradation with chymotrypsin and trypsin elevate the aortal blood pressure in the rat. The products of FAB digestion do not affect the hypertensive action of dopamine. It seems that the action of these peptides on blood pressure and the effect of dopamine are dependent on at least two unrelated mechanisms.Entities:
