[Fortuitous diagnosis by fine needle puncture under real-time ultrasound control of an atypical hydatid cyst of the liver].

In a series of hepatic ultrasonically-guided fine needle aspiration biopsies performed in a Cancer Institution, the author reports a case, of accidental puncture of an atypical hydatid cyst of the liver in a woman referred for breast cancer.
