Abstract
We describe a simple technique for simultaneous reconstruction of all three perineal openings, including a functional vagina, in a case of high cloacal anomaly. End-to-end stapled colo-vaginal anastomosis allows creation of both vagina and rectum from one loop of bowel.Entities:
