Abstract
Aneurysms of the gastroduodenal artery are very rarely observed. Rupture occurs in about 60% of cases and is usually associated with gastroduodenal bleeding. A case of rupture into the portal vein and secondary portal hypertension is presented. The combined use of computed tomography (CT scan) and selective visceral angiography was very useful for the diagnosis.Entities:
