Lhermitte's sign in thoracic spinal tumour. Personal observation.

Abstract

In a case of midthoracic spinal metastasis with a partial transverse cord lesion a typical Lhermitte's sign was elicited by flexion of the head. This is a very rare phenomenon with thoracic spinal tumours.
