Wegener's granuloma localized in the larynx. Report of a case.

Abstract

A case of Wegener's granuloma in which the lesion was localized in the larynx and the neighboring structures was reported. The patient was a 52-year-old male. The initial symptom was hoarseness. He died of severe laryngeal involvement and accompanying pneumonia after an entire course of 4 years and 8 months. Autopsy revealed no involvement of the nose, lung and kidney.
