Giant hydronephrosis in ectopic kidney in a child.

Abstract

We report on a ten-year-old boy with a huge asymptomatic mass found to be a giant hydronephrosis in an ectopic pelvic kidney. Diagnosis and management of giant hydronephrosis are outlined.
