K Gardner.

Abstract

The operation of a well woman clinic in an inner-city practice was reviewed after three years. During this period, 489 women attended, 35 of them on two or more occasions; 369 cervical smears were taken, 13 of which indicated abnormality. This paper discusses the advantages of such a clinic and the possibilities for further development.
