Abstract
In a case characterized by progressive generalized dystonic paraplegia with amyotrophy and mental deficiency, CT scanning shows a bilateral lenticular nucleus hypodensity. A similar picture can be found in Wilson disease. However, this patient presented no biochemical, hepatic or ocular abnormalities.Entities:
