Abstract
Two cases of pituitary apoplexy complicated by cerebral vasospasm are described. They emphasize the importance of angiography in the investigation of a protracted clinical course after pituitary apoplexy. The pathophysiology of postapoplectic vasospasm is discussed.Entities:
