Abstract
The involvement of fundus is rare in leprosy. More so fundus lesions, if any, are not very well visualized because of anterior segment lesions and the pupillary adhesions. A case of central serous retinopathy is recorded in association with progressive lepra reaction (type II) in a case of leprosy.Entities:
