An unusual case of rectourethral fistula. Restoration by using a flap from the bladder.

N Kokotas, L Kontogeorgos.

Abstract

A rare case of rectourethral fistula is described, with tunnelization of a flap from the anterior bladder wall in order to produce a new posterior urethra after excising the original one. The excellent result obtained by this technique introduced by Tanagho et al. is stressed.
