Serum prostaglandin F levels during menstrual cycle in women using oral contraceptives.

Prostaglandin F concentrations were determined in the serum of women using either no contraception or oral contraceptives. Samples were taken between days 11 to 16 of the menstrual cycle. Significantly higher PGF levels were found in those women using oral contraceptives.
