Abstract
A case of cat scratch disease, presenting as a parotid tumor, is described. In its oculo-glandular form, this disease may be associated with swelling of the intraparotid lymph nodes, and the possibility should be considered in the differential diagnosis of parotid tumors in children. A careful history, and skin testing with cat scratch antigen, may aid in the diagnosis of this condition.Entities:
