Abstract
We report a preterm infant with ventricular arrhythmias secondary to hyperkalaemia in the first 48 hours of life. The arrhythmias were life threatening and required pharmacological and electrical cardioversion. Aspects of neonatal hyperkalaemia and related arrhythmias are discussed.Entities:
