Abstract
Two patients with metastatic liposarcoma to the spine developed neurologic deficits that were successfully reversed by laminectomy and partial tumor resections. Recurrences at later dates were treated similarly with comparable outcomes. Paraplegia was forestalled for approximately two years by each of the surgical interventions.Entities:
