Abstract
Passive haemagglutination and complement fixation tests were used to assess the antibody response of goats to the F-38 strain of mycoplasma. The passive haemagglutination test was found to have a positive correlation (r:0.89) with the complement fixation test in detection of antibody to strain F-38. Whereas passive haemagglutination was found more sensitive than the complement fixation test, it was less specific.Entities:
