Abstract
The dansyl chloride technique in conjunction with thin layer chromatography and autoradiography has shown that dipivalyl epinephrine is a pro-drug in the human eye. Dipivalyl epinephrine appears to be a more effective epinephrine compound, in that it penetrates the cornea approximately 17 times greater than epinephrine.Entities:
