Diastematomyelia in an adult. Case report.

Abstract

An adult with diastematomyelia underwent a full neuroradiological study (myelography with jopamidolo plus computed tomography) followed by surgery. The value of the neuroradiological study, especially to the surgeon, is emphasised.
