Dissection of interventricular septum by aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva. A rare complication diagnosed by echocardiography.

Abstract

A patient with dissection of the interventricular septum by a sinus of Valsalva aneurysm is described. Echocardiographic examination allows the correct diagnosis to be made before cardiac catheterisation.
