Abstract
Previous descriptions of mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) have not included evidence of hepatic involvement. A patient who had MCTD also had severe chronic active hepatitis. Retrospective review of all of our cases of MCTD confirms that liver disease is an uncommon occurrence in MCTD.Entities:
