Abstract
Drug removal during dialysis is influenced by physical properties of the drug, its pharmacokinetics, and by the choice of artificial kidney. The amount of drug removed during dialysis can be estimated in several ways. If changes in drug concentration produced by dialysis are used, one must be certain that postdialysis drug reequilibration is complete.Mesh:
