Abstract
We describe a case of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage secondary to splenic artery aneurysm-pancreatic duct fistula, with associated partial common bile duct obstruction and pancreatitis. The literature is reviewed briefly in order to stress distinctive clinical features and caveats in diagnosis. Angiography is the most definitive diagnostic study; surgical resection is curative.Entities:
