Abstract
Platelet antibodies of IgG and IgM class were detected in the serum of a patient with infectious mononucleosis and thrombocytopenia. Platelet counts and antiplatelet antibody levels were inversely correlated, but both normalized after complete recovery of the patient.Entities:
