Abstract

This case of massive duodenal hemorrhage through the pancreatic pseudocyst, caused by rupture of a pseudoaneurysm of the gastroduodenal artery, was successfully controlled by transcatheter embolization. Embolization is a useful alternative to surgery in high-risk patients.
