Abstract
Patients with chronic pancreatitis may have gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, and gastroesophageal varices are commonly responsible. In our case, emergency angiography was used to demonstrate bleeding from a splenic artery-colonic fistula.Entities:
