Abstract
Recurrent myocardial ischemia on the basis of proximal stenosis of saphenous vein coronary artery bypass grafts is being seen with increasing frequency. To decrease the risk of morbidity and mortality attendant on reoperation for this condition, a new technique has been used that avoids extensive dissection and cardiopulmonary bypass. This report describes successful application of the technique in 3 patients.Entities:
