Abstract
A drug abuse patient with acute intracerebral hemorrhage is presented. Brain tissue obtained at surgery corroborated angiographic evidence of cerebral vasculitis. The possible relationship between drug usage and the occurrence of intracerebral bleeding and/or cerebral vasculitis in such patients is discussed.Entities:
