Abstract
Eight thousand and thirteen patients were seen in dermatological clinics at Kaduna and Zaria in the Northern guinea savanna of Nigeria. Fungal infections were found in 1,224 cases and scabies in 923 cases, of which 765 patients had secondary infections. Similar results were found in other surveys from Sub-Saharan Africa.Entities:
