Abstract
When selecting options for treatment of congenital esotropia it is difficult to be 'wrong' if the ophthalmologist exercises the proper care beforehand. A well thought out course can be appropriately redirected if need be. The dogged adherence to a scheme in the absence of critical evaluation and appropriate revision should be avoided. It may be better to start out all wrong and be willing to change than to start out half right and be inflexible.Entities:
