Abstract
It is not well recognized that a small but significant proportion of extracardiac adult rhabdomyomas have occurred multifocally. The present example of a 60-year-old man with adult rhabdomyomas of the larynx and submandibular region is the seventh multifocal case out of approximately sixty adult rhabdomyomas reported in the literature.
