Abstract
Formhydroxamic acid was given to pregnant rats in order to produce anomalies of the temporo-mandibular joint. Especially successful in our hands was the dosage of 500-550 mg./kg. given intraperitoneally on day 13. The resulting malformations were very much akin to those seen in human patients.Entities:
