Abstract
A 34-year-old patient has an 18-year history of cerebellar disturbance. She has histology typical of Lhermitte-Duclos disease. Her father and son have large heads, and it is possible that they may be asymptomatic cases of the disease, as first described by Ambler et al. (1969).Entities:
