Abstract
A simple and effective method is described for preparing freeze-thaw density gradients which is free of the problems of uneven solute distribution. It consists of blending aqueous freeze-thaw gradients with hypertonic diluent. The routine application of this system for separations of murine lymphosarcoma cell populations is described.Entities:
