Abstract
Transfer of mouse or human c-fos proto-oncogenes into F9 teratocarcinoma stem cells results in expression of c-fos mRNA and protein. This is accompanied by the appearance of morphologically altered cells which express several specific markers characteristic of differentiated cells, suggesting that c-fos plays a role in cellular differentiation.Entities:
