Abstract

A patient with bladder carcinoma, subjected to cystectomy and bilateral ureterosigmoidostomy, survived for the length of 31 years. The Coffey method of anastomosis was applied in a form modified by the authors. The patient succumbed to acute circulatory insufficiency at the age of 85. Metastases were not discovered either during the observation period or at dissection. off
