Abstract
A case of secondary syphilis is presented in which a dramatic generalized eruption of pustules and an elevated temperature were prominent features. Biopsy of the skin lesions showed dermal granulomata, which are occasionally seen in the papulopustular lesions of secondary syphilis. The classification of pustular syphilids is reviewed.Entities:
