Abstract
Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was compared with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the evaluation of serum from uremic patients. Serum specimens from uremic patients demonstrated significantly higher theophylline levels by FPIA than by HPLC.Entities:
