Abstract
In a 29-year-old woman with ovarian dysgenesis and a Turner mosaic karyotype (45X0/47XXX), florid Cushing's disease developed and was cured by trans-sphenoidal hypophysectomy. Reviewing the literature on pituitary involvement in Turner's syndrome reveals that this association may not have previously been reported.Entities:
