Abstract
Legionnaires' disease can exhibit protean extrapulmonary manifestations. Pericardial involvement is rare and has been described in three case reports. A patient is described with Legionnaires' disease and pericardial and ocular involvement, an entity that has not been reported previously. This patient was successfully treated with intravenous erythromycin with resolution of his pericardial effusion and ophthalmologic findings.Entities:
