Abstract
The paper presents the results of experiments in which the perfusion of Walker carcinoma 256 in rats was influenced by s.c. application of isoprenaline under conditions of 45 degrees C hyperthermia. Cumulation of heat energy in the tumor was selectively increased and higher speed of temperature rising was achieved. The changes in blood supply in tumor tissue and skin were quantitatively documented by a method of 86Rb uptake.Entities:
